As the Service Ambassador , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit to our center. Your warm welcome and attentive service will ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated from the moment they walk through our doors. By providing exceptional customer service you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience and strengthen our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare. Part-Time (2-3 days a week and every 2nd and 4th weekend). Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean and organized reception / lobby area. Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Other clerical duties as needed for the successful operation of the center. What You Need Excellent customer service skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
