Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help maintain an organized, efficient front office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls accurately, and relay messages promptly Maintain organized front desk operations including filing, data entry, and managing incoming correspondence Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to support administrative tasks Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for internal teams or external clients Perform office management duties including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining a tidy reception area Support clerical functions such as proofreading documents, managing client communication, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or front desk roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools Strong phone etiquette skills with experience operating multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and filing systems is preferred Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a meaningful impact every day.
