Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information. Check in/out patients and scheduling appointments between doctors and patients. Data entry of patient demographics Preparing for next day appointments Collecting on balances and copays Great customer service skills required. Must be able to maintain professionalism in all types of situations. Must be able to work well with a team in an extremely fast paced environment. Must be able to multitask. Cleaning of waiting room to meet covid regulations
