Job Description

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team at Harmony Medical Spa & Internal Medicine Associates of Gastonia. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring our office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule appointments for both medical and aesthetic services Verify insurance and collect patient information Process patient payments and maintain accurate records Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up calls Assist with patient intake and medical documentation Coordinate communication between providers and patients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office, medical spa, or healthcare setting preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems Knowledge of insurance verification is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and a team player
