Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for the Hayesville office and for the Murphy office. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong administrative skills, and demonstrate proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling client communication, and supporting daily office functions to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette Manage front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation efficiently Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for clients Perform clerical duties such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and document preparation Support office management tasks including handling correspondence, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including personal assistant tasks and client communication Ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Qualia (a plus) and general computer literacy Strong phone reception skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette Ability to communicate effectively in both English and bilingual (preferred) languages Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly Experience with calendar management, filing systems, and time management tools Prior experience in front desk or receptionist roles is highly desirable This position offers an engaging opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic office environment.
