Responsibilities would include checking clients in and out, inventory, data entry, filing, light housekeeping including laundry, dishes (wine glasses), vacuuming, etc. This position would require a self starter who works well with little to no supervision who can simply follow a list of daily & hourly duties. If you apply yourself selling retail (15% commission), packages/series (10% commission), memberships (10% commission) and upselling services to clients (10-40% commission), the income is greater with the potential to make on average $25-50 per hour and up. A uniform of black or teal scrubs are required to be worn and a clean, professional appearance. This job also requires marketing, so a social media presence is important.
