Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist for night audit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution. Assist with front desk operations, including handling mail and packages. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for visitors. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with calendar management and scheduling is a plus.
