Job Description

The Lodge at Mills River is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our fantastic team of caregivers. This position is from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, and is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
First point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendors Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Assist with light administrative duties Support other team members with administrative tasks, as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion How to
