Job Summary:

As an Expediter, you'll take and deliver orders, handle payments, facilitate order completions and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This is a dynamic front-of-house position perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting and values great service. Responsibilities Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Process payments accurately using our POS system, including Square POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front of the house. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality experiences. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
