Front Desk Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Maintain accurate client records and documentation Verify insurance information and upload required documents Respond to voicemails and follow up with clients as needed Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized workspace Assist with administrative tasks and support staff as needed Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software Professional demeanor and positive attitude Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
