Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their appointments and providing excellent patient care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, filing and data entry
  • Assist when needed in greeting and checking-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist in managing the appointment calendar
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient care
  • Assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type:
