Job Description
Legal firm is looking for a part-time afternoon receptionist to staff the front desk. Hours are 1:00pm - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
Seeking someone:
Organized Able to multitask and/or switch between tasks quickly and easily Professional on the phone Fast learner Good at prioritization Detail-oriented Duties include but not limited to: Greeting and directing in-person clients Managing multi-line phone system Tracking calendars Filing Taking payments Maintaining common areas and conference rooms Sorting incoming mail Afternoon mail runWork Remotely No Job Type:
