This key role is all about creating a warm and professional first impression for our clients. Responsibilities Greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure every visitor feels comfortable and welcome. Answer phones and handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently. Drive sales by promoting and selling our membership packages and a full range of retail products. Maintain a clean, tidy, and appealing front-of-house area, including monitoring and restocking retail displays. Manage all front desk operations, including cash transactions and client check-in/check-out processes. Support the studio manager and ownership team with day-to-day operations. Skills & Qualifications Must have 1-2 years of membership sales experience in the salon, spa, or fitness industry. Proven strong sales background is a must. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail. A true passion for the beauty business and interacting with people. High school degree or equivalent.
