$14-$17 per hour + average monthly bonuses

You'll manage front desk operations, handle membership sales, and support our in-clinic call center.
Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth Presenting and selling membership and wellness packages Explaining care options and benefits to patients Answering and making phone calls to schedule new patient visits Following up with leads in our digital database Supporting clinic goals and tracking performance metrics Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Assisting with local marketing, events, and social media engagement Managing patient files and documentation accurately What We're Looking For Customer service or front desk experience (sales background preferred) Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems) Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results Interest in health, wellness, or chiropractic care Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree preferred)
Schedule Monday-Friday:
9:30 AM - 7:00
PM Saturday:
