Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing information Check patient in/out take any co-pays due at each visit Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare correspondence, and assist with clerical tasks Assist with patient communication and customer support to ensure high satisfaction levels Skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software and office equipment Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute their administrative talents in a professional setting.
