This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall operations of the salon and spa. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures. Handle phone calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Manage calendars for appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for clients and staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records. Provide information about services offered, promoting specials or new treatments. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Google Suite applications for scheduling and documentation. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
