Front Desk Receptionist Arbor Line Holdings Wilmington, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Client inquiry handling Mail processing Full Job Description When someone contacts a property office, they want to speak with a person who listens, gives them a clear next step, and makes sure their message reaches the right team. Our Wilmington office is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to create that experience for residents, visitors, property owners, and service partners. You will be the welcoming first point of contact at the front desk and a dependable connection between the people who get in touch and the colleagues who can help them. This is a full-time, on-site position in an office open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You will earn $19-$21 per hour while building skills in customer service, reception, scheduling, and office administration. You do not need a property management background to apply. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized when the phone and front desk are busy, and takes pride in following through. Your place at the front desk Welcome visitors, confirm whom they are meeting, and let the relevant colleague know they have arrived. Answer incoming calls and emails, listen to each inquiry, and direct it to the right person. Help residents and prospective customers with straightforward questions about office contacts, appointments, and next steps. Schedule and confirm meetings, update calendars, and prepare the reception or meeting area for visitors. Record clear messages and follow up when a caller or visitor is waiting for a response. Receive deliveries, documents, and correspondence and pass them to the appropriate team. Keep contact details, visitor records, and basic office information accurate. Work with property, leasing, and maintenance colleagues so requests are handed over clearly. The qualities that make a difference You are approachable and professional, even when several people need your attention. You communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and by email. You can use everyday computer tools, keep track of details, and ask for clarification when you need it. Receptionist or customer service experience is welcome, but it is not essential. We will show you how the office handles inquiries and works across its teams. As you become familiar with the business, you will gain practical experience in front office operations and the day-to-day work of a property management team. If you would enjoy being the person people can count on for a warm welcome and a clear answer, apply for our Front Desk Receptionist role with your current resume.
