Receptionist

Emco Wheaton Retail Corporation, Wilson, North Carolina, a manufacturer of products for the petroleum equipment industry, is seeking a Full Time Receptionist. If you have a strong communication and computer skills, we would love to talk to you!

Job Requirements:

Manage and transfer internal and external calls. Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries. Perform data entry functions as directed by supervisor. Assist sales with scheduling training events and communicating schedules to participants. Work closely with production leaders to print pamphlets, labels, etc.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience answering and routing calls is preferred. A solid knowledge and background utilizing Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A resilient and high-energy personality.
