Hotel Front Desk Agent

!!! Immediate opening for a Hotel Front Desk Agent at Country Inn & Suites AND Comfort Suites in Wilson, NC. Must have a flexible schedule. Must be available to work some 2nd (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd (11pm to 7am) shifts , 3 to 4 days a week. Working weekends is a must. Shifts and hours will vary from week to week.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a customer service environment Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Works well independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Commitment to exceptional guest service Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends Working knowledge of computer and math skills Ability to walk, stand, bend as needed Experience with Choice Advantage a plus but not required.
