Job Description

Description We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-organized front-office experience, assisting visitors, and keeping the workplace organized for both on-site guests and a remote team. The role offers long-term potential and suits someone who can work independently while helping the office run smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact for guests and team members entering the office.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including answering general inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain shared office areas by organizing workstations, monitoring cleanliness, and ensuring the space remains presentable.
  • Order and restock office materials so essential supplies are available for daily operations.
  • Assist with new team member arrivals by preparing workspace setups and offering office walkthroughs when needed.
  • Partner with remote colleagues to handle on-site needs and provide reliable local support for day-to-day office matters.
  • Help improve office routines by identifying practical ways to streamline front desk and workplace processes. Requirements
  • Previous experience in reception, front desk support, customer service, or office coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications for routine administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently with limited on-site supervision.
  • Appropriate presentation and willingness to follow a business casual office dress code.
  • Flexibility to support a small office setting with varying daily visitor activity.
