Kennel Technician and Receptionist

Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm Assist with pet check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate record keeping and smooth operations Handle animal handling and restraint during grooming or daily care routines Provide basic pet care including feeding, cleaning kennels, administering medication, and monitoring health status bath and nail trims for guests as requested Maintain cleanliness of kennels, indoor and outdoor exercise areas, and reception space to uphold health standards Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets Assist with heavy lifting of supplies or animals when necessary to ensure safety and efficiency Experience Prior kennel experience or animal handling background is highly preferred Skills in pet grooming, pet sitting, or animal restraint demonstrate versatility in animal care tasks Excellent customer service skills are essential for creating a positive client experience Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining a lively and energetic work pace This position will require the ability to be extremely reliable, multitask, and pay attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to animal well-being and client satisfaction!
