Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations between clinical and adminstravtive staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls. Keeping the schedule full so the office stays profitable. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Qualifications Experience with dental practice management systems is preferred. We use Dolphin Managment. Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry. A customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor is crucial for success in this role.
