Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm About T & K Pediatric Services T & K Pediatric Services is a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Jamestown, North Dakota. Our team is passionate about helping children from infancy through adolescence reach their full potential through speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and early intervention services. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist who enjoys supporting others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet children and families with warmth and professionalism while assisting with check-in and general questions. Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments and communicate appointment reminders and clinic information. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, waiting area, and therapy spaces. Organize, sanitize, and restock therapy toys, equipment, and supplies. Upload, scan, label, and organize documents accurately within company systems. Assist with filing, data entry, record management, and other administrative tasks. Prepare therapy materials and assist with light crafting or project preparation as needed. Run occasional errands for clinic supplies and operational needs. Support therapists and administrative staff with daily clinic operations. Follow established procedures while remaining flexible to changing priorities. Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service to every family. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable taking direction and following established processes. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Friendly, professional, and compassionate with children and families. A dependable team player who enjoys helping wherever needed. Self-motivated and able to work independently once trained. Adaptable in a busy, fast-paced healthcare environment. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or clerical experience preferred. Experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Comfortable learning new technology and software systems.
