This position is for 3PM-11PM Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using office phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Handle customer support inquiries with patience and professionalism. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Uphold confidentiality standards in handling sensitive information. Experience Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software applications. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support.
