Job Description
Grand Island Pain Relief Center in Grand Island, NE seeking a full-time (Mon-Fri) front office receptionist to join our team. Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize and have strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, registering new patients and updating demographic information on current patients, scanning documents, collecting co-pays and balances, etc. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical office experience with a desire to learn and succeed. Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR (AthenaHealth preferred) are required. This clinic provides a team-oriented environment and a full benefits package, which includes health insurance and PTO. Salary will be determined based on the level of experience.
