Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for exceptional client experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and visitors, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will contribute to a caring environment dedicated to animal health and client satisfaction. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of the clinic Schedule appointments efficiently while accommodating urgent cases Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed Manage client records with attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services and guiding clients appropriately Assist with pet check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks related to animal care and treatment documentation Skills 1 year + experience preferred Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple schedules and records simultaneously Knowledge of veterinary terminology. Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
