DUTIES INCLUDE
The client care receptionist plays a key role in the hospital's success, as his/her immediate interaction with clients impacts trust, patient care, repeat visits, and satisfaction. The CCR will work hand-in-hand with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Hospital management.
The CCR is responsible for:
Answer telephones and handle calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner, using a multi-line telephone system. Receive and relay telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly Greet clients, enter and update client and pet information into the practice computer system Legibly and accurately document and manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence displaying attention to detail Prepare client invoices and obtain payments for services performed, documenting basic financial calculations accurately Good computer skills and accuracy in inputting details Hospital maintenance and cleanliness ensuring that the facility is tidy at all times
