Part-Time Afternoons/Evenings Location:

Dover, NH Join our friendly, wellness-focused team! We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our busy chiropractic office. Our team of three providers and a small, supportive front desk staff work together to help patients feel their best in a welcoming, family-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and make them feel welcome Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using our office software Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions Take payments and handle check-ins/check-outs accurately Support our chiropractic providers as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and professional attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy setting Previous customer service experience is helpful (but not required) Willingness to learn — we'll train the right person!

Schedule:

Part-time, afternoon and evening shifts available Monday

• Thursday until 7pm.

(Specific days/times can be discussed during the interview).
