Part Time Front Desk Receptionist - Afternoons and Weekends RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Receptionist provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork while supporting the daily needs of the RiverWoods Community. Schedule:
The typical schedule is expected to be Tuesday and Thursday 2pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm, however shift times may vary occasionally and be between the hours of 8am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Answer a multi-line telephone system promptly and courteously. Communicate effectively with staff and concierge using two-way radios. Process all incoming and outgoing mail. Schedule and manage guest room reservations for residents' family members and guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or secretarial role. Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. New Hampshire Notary Public preferred, but not required.
