Oyster River Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full or Part Time professional, service-oriented, with some animal knowledge a plus but not required to join our team. Responsibilities:

Answer mulitple phone lines and emails to identify and resolve problems. Provide information to customers regarding product availability, or any other information necessary. Answer customer questions, make appointments. Communicate with employees. Maintain good working relationships with customers and employees. Listen to customer's requests and respond in a timely manner. Solve difficult problems. Follow up with customers after sales transactions. Computer knowledge Avimark knowledge a plus but not required Animal technician knowledge

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
