Job Description
we seeks a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will project a professional image and provide outstanding customer service to our clients, visitors and colleagues, while being a positive team player. The role requires multitasking, dependability, and organizational skills along with the ability to follow established procedures. This position is 100% on site in our Manchester, NH office. Requirements Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception; offering coffee or water Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance Notifying legal staff of client arrival and directing clients as needed Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner, including coordinating multiple calls at the same time Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, conference rooms, and visitor spaces Manage and prepare conference rooms for meetings Ordering office supplies Organizing materials for scanning Mailing client invoices and statements Ordering lunches as needed for meetings, internal and external events Sending invitations for firmwide events to internal staff and external invitees Maintaining building security by monitoring visitor and vendor access, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor/vendor logs. Providing administrative support to the Operations team, attorneys, and staff as requested. Assisting with special projects and office-wide initiatives. Other duties as assigned by the
