This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients while ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day. Verify and process dental insurance, including billing and claims submission. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of previous front desk or dental office experience. Familiarality with Detrix software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Professional, friendly, and dependable.
