We are currently hiring Front Desk Associates for both our Hampton and Portsmouth locations. Position Overview The Front Desk Associate is the first and last impression of FLŌTE. This role blends hospitality, organization, and operational support to ensure a seamless guest experience. This is an active position — not a seated desk job. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service Check guests in and out using booking software Answer phones and manage appointments Maintain cleanliness of float rooms, sauna rooms, common areas, and bathrooms Complete laundry throughout shifts Restock retail and supplies Follow detailed opening and closing checklists Maintain a calm, professional atmosphere at all times Support studio organization and light administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and punctual Comfortable working independently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards Evening and weekend availability required Interest in health, wellness, or hospitality preferred Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be willing to work in both Hampton and Portsmouth locations. Evening and weekend shifts required.
