Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist who will also provide weekly administrative support to our Human Resources department . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Schedule Weekend Receptionist Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays Administrative Hours:
2 Weekdays, 3 hours per day (or as scheduled) assisting the Human Resources department Responsibilities Reception Duties Greet residents, visitors, families, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and general inquiries Human Resources Administrative Support File employee personnel records and maintain organized files Contact applicants to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative projects Prepare employee badges and other HR documents as needed Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, and data entry Provide administrative support to the HR department as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to read, write, and understand English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Why Join Our Team?
