Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with attention to detail. Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible. Support data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Assist with office management duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and communicating effectively with clients and staff. Skills Knowledge of Hotel Key System Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities. Effective phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs better. Previous office or clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
