We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you!
Schedule:
  • Part time: after-school hours 3 days of the week only.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle general customer service inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Manage paperwork, perform database entry, and assist with organization and scheduling of appointments.
  • Interaction with
Kids:
Engage with students in a positive and supportive manner, providing assistance as needed.
  • Basic Technical Skills:
    Utilize basic Photoshop for minor graphic tasks and manage social media accounts to promote studio activities.
  • Customer Relations:
    Take phone messages from students and/or parents and ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Cleaning Studio
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including tidying up the studio before opening and ensuring it is properly cleaned and organized at closing time.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic Canva editing and social media skill is preferred.
  • Proximity to the studio & reliable transportation is preferred.
