Main Responsibilities Patient Coordination:

Answer incoming phone calls, manage patient scheduling, and handle general office administrative duties.

Insurance Verification:

Review and check patient insurance eligibility and benefits.

Optical Sales:

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, making recommendations tailored to their lifestyle needs.

Customer Service:

Welcome patients into the clinic with a warm, professional demeanor.

Requirements & Qualifications Core Skills:

Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly disposition.

Language Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred to best serve our patient community.

Experience:
