You will be working as a front desk receptionist with friendly and caring professionals in a dental office located in the amiable town of Cranford, New Jersey.
Daily Responsibilities:
Greeting and signing in patients, making a smooth transition of patients to the dental assistants, helping check out patients, processing payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing telephone reminders. Performing general office duties, including answering telephones, managing appointments, paperwork, and communicating with dental insurance providers about coverage and co-payment in advance of patients' visits.
Qualification Requirements:
Good work ethic High school diploma or above Prior work experience in front desk at a dental office Good personality and interpersonal skills Good telephone etiquette Attention to detail Good to Have Skill Set (on-the-job training provided): Certification in office or medical administration, or related fields Experience working in a similar role at a healthcare office Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix) Good organizational skills Pay rate is based on experience and skill set.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
