Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our office. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and proficient in office management and computer skills, ready to contribute to a professional and friendly environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, utilizing proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and document organization using Microsoft Office applications. Assist with office management duties like supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas. Support administrative functions by preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously via phone or in person. Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently throughout the workday. Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Proven clerical experience demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction and phone reception. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating good phone etiquette is advantageous. Personal assistant or customer support experience will be considered a plus for this role.
