Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a warm and positive attitude Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check customers in and out Process payments and maintain the front desk Recommend salon services, memberships, and retail products Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Fluent in English Basic Spanish is preferred Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer service Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility Punctual, reliable, and a team player Comfortable using a computer and learning appointment software Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Male or female applicants are welcome Must be available to work on Saturdays Schedule Full-time or Part-time available Saturday availability is required Flexible weekday schedule Pay & Benefits $19-$21 per hour (based on experience) Performance bonuses available Additional incentives for helping grow the business, including memberships, retail sales, and excellent customer service Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity for long-term growth
