We are a professional team seeking an intelligent, self-motivated team player. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient service while efficiently managing front desk operations in a busy practice.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments. Check patients in and out, verify demographic and insurance information, and collect copayments Handle patient inquiries and route clinical questions to the appropriate clinical staff. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, faxes, medical records, and other office documents. Assist with prescription refill requests and route them according to office procedures. Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception and waiting area. Monitor patient flow and communicate delays or scheduling changes professionally. Provide support to the call center during high-volume periods, staff shortages, or as otherwise assigned. Protect patient privacy and maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies. Work collaboratively with physicians, physician assistants, billing staff, call center staff, and other team members. Perform additional front desk, call center, and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
