We're looking for a warm, organized Receptionist to be the first face and voice our residents, families, and visitors encounter every day. What You'll Do Answer and route all incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors and direct them appropriately Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail Provide administrative and clerical support across all departments Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and documents Help keep the front lobby welcoming, orderly, and secure What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience; healthcare or long-term care setting strongly preferred Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone Ability to build positive working relationships inside and outside the facility Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and priorities Comfortable with computers, multi-line phone systems, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, email) Dependable, discreet, and respectful of resident privacy (HIPAA) Why CareOne at Evesham Competitive hourly pay: $16.00 - $21.00/hr Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Growth opportunities within a large, established healthcare organization Supportive team environment where your work directly impacts resident and family experience Apply Today Join a team that treats residents and coworkers like family. and start a rewarding career with CareOne at Evesham.
