Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival Provide accurate estimates for collision repair services Handle incoming phone calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments Give timely status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow and excellent customer service standards

Skills and Qualifications:
