- Hainesport, NJ Full-time | 30-40 hours per week | $18
- 22/hour based on experience My Pet's Veterinary Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team! We are a small-animal veterinary practice with a supportive team and a manageable schedule. There are no overnight shifts, and weekend availability is limited to two short Saturday shifts per month. - 30-40 hours per week
- Weekday shifts, including some evenings
- Alternating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m
- 1:00 p.m.
- No Sundays
- No overnight shifts Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and patients
- Answering phones and responding to client questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments
- Reviewing appointment and patient information
- Communicating clearly with clients, doctors, and the medical team
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
- Providing compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
- Animal handling/restraint What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy or sensitive situations
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Veterinary reception or animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Previous reception, hospitality, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits
