Duties & Responsibilities Answering, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls Receiving and directing visitors and clients Monitor/double check proper coding for daily attendance of hourly staff against system reports Assist department heads in entering paper timesheets into system Travel reservations and arrangements for corporate visitors Consolidate weekly and monthly power point presentations from each Department manager for leadership presentations Administering the training tracking system in the HRIS system for all HR and Safety training as well as any other training provided such as OJT. Coordinating customer and supplier facility visits and ensuring all elements such as itineraries, meeting room setup, entertainment meals etc., are organized and successfully executed Ensuring the aesthetic presentation of the office, kitchen and meeting room areas are maintained at a high standard Maintain company auto/van log, reservations, keys and registration/insurance paperwork Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence Maintaining office supply inventories, as well as the marketing and culinary storage areas Recording and publishing meeting minutes Using discretion and confidentiality in handling management matters In conjunction with department managers, producing the Company newsletter Coordinating maintenance of office equipment Coordinating and maintaining records for key cards Supports the COO and plant leadership as needed Process all incoming mail at Lakeside facility Performs other duties as assigned within scope and ability Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills) High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred 3 - 5 years of experience in an administrative role Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint Fluent in English (speaking/writing/reading), bilingual Ability to problem solving Self-started, able to take tasks and run with them Detail oriented Skills & Knowledge Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Knowledge of standard office equipment. $24-$26 hourly This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors.
