Hospitality | Entertainment | Guest Services Pier Pins at Pier Village is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and creating a positive first impression for guests of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service upon arrival Answer questions about table games, pricing, events, and promotions Process transactions, including selling and loading credits to gift cards Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and general front desk operations Monitor the front desk area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Communicate with management to troubleshoot games that are out of service Support opening and closing procedures, including evening and weekend shifts Help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment throughout the facility
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and point-of-sale skills Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
