Salon Receptionist Job Opening We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Salon Receptionist to join our team! You will be the first person clients see when they walk into the salon, helping create a welcoming and positive experience. Full time only / Somedays late hours depending on the salon clients This role includes answering phones, booking appointments, helping with daily salon operations, and supporting both clients and staff in a busy salon environment. Responsibilities Greet clients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage the salon schedule Respond to client questions about services and products Help with social media posting and replying to comments/messages Late hours might be Assist with basic office tasks like data entry, filing, and keeping client records organized Help track inventory and salon supplies Support the team by keeping the front desk running smoothly Requirements Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable using computers, Gmail, Calendar, and salon booking software Good Social media knowledge .(Posting,commenting, Replying) Social Media Video content creation knowledge is a plus Good communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and reliable Bilingual is a plus We are looking for someone positive, dependable, and motivated who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced salon environment.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
