Job Description

This candidate should have a positive attitude, team-oriented personality, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, exercise solid judgment, have a strong work ethic, be well-organized, and comfortable in assisting with daily business and errands /tasks. Greets clients, visitors, and staff. Scheduling appointments, checking emails, answering, and making phone calls. Take lead in the office supplies, organization, and clean-up. Performs filing, clerical typing, and reception duties. Assist with additional general office tasks as needed. Ensures that all office equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Provide and/or schedule necessary maintenance and repairs for all Administration Equipment. Ensures the confidentiality of all records, materials, and communications concerning the identity of clients. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with office systems, and front desk. Canidate must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work independently . Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer Skills a must. Personal/Commerical Insurance and or experience at a law office is a plus.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
