Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Take accurate vital signs, record patient histories, and document symptoms related to foot and ankle conditions Prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies and sterilize equipment between patient visits Assist podiatrists during examinations and minor procedures, including X-ray setup and basic medication administration Manage patient intake processes, including collecting insurance information and explaining treatment plans clearly Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, and updating patient records Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards Qualifications Willing to train Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing compassionate, expert foot care.
