As a Sales & Wellness Associate , you are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You'll create exceptional guest experiences while educating clients about massage, skincare, stretch services, retail products, and Massage Envy's Wellness Program. This Is a Sales-Focused Position This is a sales and customer-service position—not a receptionist-only role . Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to confidently discuss memberships, recommend retail products and enhancements, rebook services, complete client outreach, and ask for the sale. All Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to achieve a minimum of three (3) membership enrollments per month and actively contribute to the clinic's membership, retail, rebooking, and overall sales goals. You don't have to know everything on your first day. We provide training, coaching, and support, but you must be comfortable selling, receiving feedback, and being held accountable to measurable performance expectations.
